The Central Bank of Iraq has been acting weird
lately.

What I want to show you is the new video
the CBI just released.

It's talking about the entire history of the dinar.

It's about 12 minutes long.

Very odd timing for a video release when everyone
is on lock-down don't you think?

Guru Frank26 feels the video is a crucial part of the
education process of the citizens.

He feels most Iraqi's under 30 years old have
no idea that the dinar was worth a lot not that
long ago.

He sees this as a way for them to get used to
the idea that they'll have purchasing power
very soon.

Some members point out something
odd about the video...

To them it seems to be aimed more at investors
than the citizens themselves.

At the 8:30 mark they talk about how safe the
Central Bank was during the wars.

That the safes were never breached.

That looters tried, but never broke in.

It's as if they're saying the Central Bank is
a safe place to do business.

Next time you see an old friend or family
member who said the dinar was nothing
more than fancy toilet paper...

You can simply smile and point to the empty
toilet paper shelves in the stores...

There's a time and a place
for there to be a run on actual toilet paper...

When even toilet paper was worth
fighting over because some didn't have
any.

Can you imagine what will happen if the
dinar rate increases...

Makes all the weird moves by the CBI
lately even more exciting doesn't it.
