dinar value goes up when note count goes down?? (see inside)

Hi ,
Does the RV boil down to number of dinar notes in the market?
Several gurus think so...
And have thought this way for a very long time.
This " note theory" is picking up steam in the dinar community.
more and more are buying into it.
The CBI APPEARS to be reducing the number of notes...
Does this mean your dinar notes have more value?
How does this work?
What happened to all the value that was contained in the 50 dinar
notes after the CBI retired them last month?
Did it just vanish in thin air?
or
Did the value simply move to the remaining notes?
