prediction but the RV was stopped IMO for selfish political
motives.  They have reset the date and it won't be long now.  I am
now out of the exact date business because I learned a very
valuable lesson.  That lesson is that of all the moving parts
involved in this, there is a number of individuals that can delay
this with a phone call.  So no date is dependable.  Only
approximations or (I hate to use this word) windows.

Government in Iraq by next week . BIG NEWS!  HE [MALIKI]  IS TRYING
TO GET CONTROL OF THE CBI AND IS TRYING TO INFLUENCE THE NEXT
CHOICE OF GOVERNOR OF CBI BUT IT IS NOT WORKING.  USA TROOPS BEING
PLACED ALL AROUND GREEN ZONE PROTECTING NEW GOI PERSONNEL FROM ANY
MALIKI INFLUENCE TILL [HE] IS GONE WHICH SHOULD HAPPEN BETWEEN NOW
AND THE 9TH AND THUS THE ANNOUNCEMENT...ON CNN.  WHEN THE NEW GOI
IS SEATED WITH NEW PM THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY BE CONSIDERED A STABLE
GOI AND MY PREDICTION WE WILL SEE A VERY FAMILIAR FACE RE-EMERGE AS
CBI GOVERNOR AS MALIKI IS OUT.  JUST MY THOUGHTS AT THIS TIME AND
ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

appoint all he wants to as to the CBI, but without the approval of
the Parliament it will not matter and may be reversed by Ebadi in a
matter of hours/days.

9-3-2014 Intel Guru Frank26 There are many signs to the end of our
investment ... M's PM power can now be measured in hours. Abadi was
asked by the President to select and seat a unified and justified
GOI. He has until the 10th to do this...it is very impressive to see
today that they give us 7 of the approximately 20 ministers that
have formed the GOI...The GOI may actually show us the rest of the
Ministers before the 10th giving us a complete GOI...I still feel
we will be told everything between now and the 10th. Yet......it
sure is comforting to see this newly formed GOI coming up to
periscope depth... I am of the school of thought that believes when
we see the GOI in its totality we must also see an IR for their
2014 budget.  I also believe that they may show us the GOI but not
the IR. Why Frank? Mainly because they may not be ready with the
HCL therefore they will continue to do what they have been doing
IMO....since 2012.

can happen if you go to just any bank is get less of an
exchange...SO DO NOT WORRY>>> Quit trying to get 30 dollars on the
exchange Why because it will be a scam.... DO not give your dinar

in...GET YOU A GOOD TAX LAWYER if you do not know one...Again there
are no 800# to line up when the RV happens go to any major bank and

is gone just like I said.... We are still waiting on the GOI to
form and when it forms we will be done within 2 day or
before....Now they only thing that we can say is a back date is the
9th of Sept....Now the only reason we have not seen the GOI is our
own commander in chief he has done hand springs trying to keep this
from going down...... he knows now that he cannot stop it or TAX
you to death or keep you from getting the full value..... WHY...
Because this is an International thing not US thing...YOU HAVE A
CURRENCY so you will be able to go to any bank and cash in after
the RV.... IT will just be what exchange rate you will get.....

9-3-2014  Newshound Guru Mnt Goat ...the IQD going international will
not happen until the USA feels the Iraq government is stable,
non-sectarian and is a functional government. This is has been the
plan all along.  Some may be telling you its going to RV anytime
now or it should have RV'd over the holiday weekend and was held up
once again. Really? The fact is, it never was intended to RV and
could not have RV'd. As I have said many, many  times the USA holds
the trigger (the final rollout piece) and will not let this go
until they have complete assurance of the needed requirements to
let it go.

ever Maliki might be up to in these last days or hours of his reign
as Prime Minister....I do not believe he will simply fade into the
sunset....I pray he does the right thing and does just let
go....but his past speaks loudly of the potential for other things
to happen.  ...Turki has been talking of retirement since last year
in September....now just hours ahead of the announcement of Abadi's
new government we have a change in leadership of the CBI...I just
need some TUMS over this deal and maybe everything will be alright.

9-3-2014  Newshound Guru Mnt Goat So today's news is all excellent
once again as we continue down the road of success for forming the
new Iraq government. The news this week is overwhelming...THE
ANNOUNCEMENT IS STILL ON TARGET FOR THURSDAY !  So this week so far
we got the list of the distribution of the ministers. Now we need
the names of the ministers associated with these positions.  Then
when can we expect the RV?  All I will say is what I have been
saying all along we wait for a formal (global) announcement to the
public that the Iraq government is now fully formed and seated.
Many of you asked me if a formal, public announcement is necessary
and the answer is a big fat YES.

*** 9-3-2014 HUGE Dinar Guru NEWSFLASH ***  Multiple gurus are
reporting CBI governor Turki has "retired" and has been replaced
with a gentleman named Ali Mohsen Ismai...There are conflicting
reports on whether Maliki made this change alone or if incoming PM
Abadi supported it.  Regardless the implications on the CBI and the
dinar are ENORMOUS.  Stay tuned throughout the day as the gurus
update to reveal whether this is a positive step forward for Iraq
and our investment...or another major setback. [with the GOI

most all goi construction projects have stopped in there tracks
because none of the foriegn contractor have been paid or are not
recieving the material they need to move forward. I SUSPECT AT THIS
TIME THEY ARE FIGHTING BEHIND THE SCENES TRYING TO SETTLE
DIFFERENCES...  THAT INFO DIRECT FROM BAGDAD.   HE DID SAY THE
BANKERS PRACTICED EXCHANGING $$$ AT $3.25 AND WITH $3.55.

happen in the next several days (g.o.i)....all the powers that be
are getting along to form a government that is for the people.
Maliki...cannot affect a thing at this point -- a lame duck! He
sees laws getting passed really fast once everything is settled and
he just looks to see them passing the big laws and he will really
be excited that something could happen shortly after that.
He...said this entire Turki issue is being blown out of proportion
and that Turki would eventually have to be replaced. Turki was
never going to remain the c.b.i. governor with a new G.O.I.  
Things are looking ...really excited for where we are at right now.


9-3-2014   Newshound Guru Adam Montana  We're just a couple weeks
past the election of Iraq's new President and the picking of the
new Prime Minister, and as you might be reading from other
sources... the new PM is getting stuff done! This might be the
first time in over a decade that the government will be seated on
time, and it actually looks like they might actually beat the
deadline!  The biggest news of the week is probably the replacement
of Turkei as head of the CBI - the new name to watch for is Ali
al-Allaq. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this move - the CBI is really
the only entity that can make an RV of the currency official, and
at the pace Iraq is moving right now we are sitting in a GOOD spot
to finally see it happen! At this time we are waiting to see the
GOI completed (happening quick, possibly as soon as tomorrow and
the HCL rammed through (which is looking extremely positive!). At
this time, there's not much more to report... and that's a good
thing...

will not release the rate"?]   No, IMO,  they cannot as the revenue
will not be enough to meet the budget, the budget contains all of
the past revenue owed from oil sales while under sanction, and the
amount of money needed for the budget is enormous; the money being
held by the USA was released, however it's not enough, so they will
need to sell bonds to make up the deficit - no way to do this
without announcing the rate. The rate and the new GOI should be
revealed in close proximity to one another.  [post 2 of 2]

not appoint the gov of the CBI... the only ones who can nominate a
new governor of the CBI is the board of governors of the CBI...if a
vote is being taken on the new CBI governor, it means that the new
GOI is already seated and functioning, even if they have not yet
disclosed it.   IMO, there is already a new CBI governor, but his
name has not been announced.   The oil minister of all 3 provinces
were told they may proceed with exporting oil, and they cannot be
paid in USD - they must settle accounts in IQD; the new GOI (which
supposedly is not seated yet) is giving direction to export oil to
create a revenue stream; there is no use to have a budget without

avalanche of investors pouring into Iraq, and the MR is now to be
considered as a "revenue stream"...Keep an eye on the CBI; today we
learn about a new governor for the CBI - timing is not accidental.
If and only if this is the end of the MR, then this makes
sense...pay attention to who is being put into positions - at IMF,
CBI, PM of Iraq, BRICS nations, etc; all these things are required
when an international rate is released. The GOI should be seated
this month, and when they are seated, they should open the budget
-- the only reason to have a budget is if they have savings or a
revenue stream...   IMO, the new GOI will announce themselves
around Sept 10.  The rate will come out quickly after the GOI is
seated, if not, everything crumbles, IMO.  When the new GOI is
announced, things will happen quickly.  If they are not ready, they
will not announce the new GOI until they are ready, so be strong if
it does not happen by the 10th, but it will happen.
