Maliki said he's stepping down.
Yep...he said it!
I know, I know...he's made promises before...he's even put promises
in
writing and refused honor them (Erbil comes to mind)...
BUT this time he's on International TV announcing it!
He can't say that's a forgery or that that not constitutional!!

I don't put anything past this man. He's smart and crafty...so
