Why hasn't the Dinar Guru RV Meters changed? (you know the ones on
the left hand side of www.DinarGuru.com)

I've been getting an ear full of this question A LOT lately!

But...

There was a BIG change today!

The last BIG meter change was around the 1st of the year.

Since then the gurus have been pretty consistent, for the most part.

The ones who felt is was "any day" in January still feel it's "any
day" now today. (this is the vocal MINORITY)

The ones who feel things are going GREAT but more needs to be
done...still feel items such as HCL, Erbil, bank laws etc are
not compete and implemented.  (Ch 7 was a big one...that one is now
complete and it appears it was in fact needed)

A few gurus changed positions here and there but the balance has
remained the same.

So the meters have been stuck...

Until today.

But it's not what you think.

There's a growing theory among the gurus that the dinar will not RV
(well not at first anyway) but rather float upward.

This theory started when Guru Kaperoni ran across interesting
language in CBI articles nearly a year ago...

Since then it has appeared more and more in the Iraqi press and has
picked up steam in recent weeks.

About 13% of the gurus feel the "Float" is the way this is going to
go down now.

You'll see this represented on the RV meters now.
