Lots going on again this week.

If I didn't know any better I'd think Iraq was on the cusp of
getting
their act together!

Payments have been made to the Kurds for oil contracts.

Talibani is saying Erbil agreement will be implemented and the
national conference soon.

Maliki says he's playing ball.

Of course Maliki says he'll do what's constitutional (meaning he
won't do the thinks he does not like...man, he uses that
thing like a weapon) and Allawi says he's not going to the national
conference without his position in place.

Also Guru Doc reported (below in the updates) Allawi had an
interview in England revealing that the reason Maliki is in office is because the U.S. and Iran both
support him.

Strange bed fellows I know!

Also the flow of CBI and currency articles continue to flow out of
Iraq.

The CBI has once again gained control over the internal rate of the dinar!

On the streets of Iraq the rate sank as low as 1200 or more...now its
more in line with the CBI official rate of 1166.

Financial people think this is a huge accomplishment.

On the guru front...most are excited about what's developing.
