After all the hubbub from the GOI about a delay...

It APPEARS the CBI plan is back on schedule.

Articles are reporting despite the GOIs reservations about the plan,
they are going along with it...

The new denomination should be released early January.

When will the exchange rate change?  

The gurus are saying any time between now and then.

The US has stepped as mediator between the different
groups...let's pray they settle their differences and move on...

Several gurus expect the National Conference to happen very
soon...and with it HCL, Ministers and some other key sticking
points.

The fact the GOI agreed with the CBI to move forward could be a
sign things behind closed doors are moving.

Its and agreement between the IMF and the CBI...signed by Shabibi

In it you'll see reference to Program Exchange Rate, DFI funds,
Paris Club and other things gurus refer to...

This particular agreement goes until July 24 2012...

Its a little over my head but Its nice to see them working a plan.
