Today is July 10th.

A classic summer thunder storm rolling through in New Orleans right
now...

Ahhh...the comforting rumbles of distant thunder make writing you
that much more pleasurable this morning.

The CBI plan is unfolding fast now.

LATE BREAKING NEWS!!!

Finally some TOTAL awesomeness out of Iraq!

This news came in later in the day today many missed it.

I'm totally stoked (as my too smart for his britches grandson likes
to say :)

Guru Med of all people sums it up nicely...

"THINGS ARE LOOKING DAMN
GOOD DESPITE THE BS GOING ON WITH THE POLITICIANS.  THINGS LOOK
VERY VERY GOOD."

After MONTHS of fighting the CBI about nearly everything it appears
the GOI is finally on board 100% with the CBI's plan!

Now the GOI is saying THEY are dropping the zeros AND expect to
have the project part of the 2013 budget.

They go on to say which denomination the GOI will be releasing...as
if it is their project.

Talk about total buy in!

They don't give a specific date other than early 2013.

There doesn't appear to be any movement on the political front.

But maybe this is a sign things are progressing behind the scenes.

There is even more talk about the investment laws that need to be
passed and specific items that need to be changed.

A real 180 from the GOI.

We're cooking with heat now my friend! :)

I'll keep you posted as far as what the CBI and the GOI plan is.

I'm sure more juicy details are going to surface in the next few
days! :)
