My kids loved listening to Madonna (Against my best wishes I might

add) when they were growing up.

I remember her one hit with the line "Strike a Pose"...

The leaders are doing just that...Voguing.  :)

Maliki is playing it cool...refusing to resign...saying his

popularity is at an all time high... (really? how high is that?)

Alawi is saying he has 200 no confidence votes...which is WAY more

than he needs.

Talibani has sent in a resignation letter...I'm still not sure what

that is all about...

Mutlaq says he is ready to have the no confidence meeting within

days

of Saturday's deadline...

On the CBI front...they are in the Media full force again.

Everyday there are articles discussing the three zero project in

some form or another.

Yesterday the CBI went as far as to say the CBI was ready to

implement the delete the zeros project NOW...the government just

had to give them the word.

They said for the program to be a success the GOI needs to buy into

it fully...maybe even pass a law or two.

Today the CBI suggested a CBI/GOI joint committee.

(something they should have done long ago IMHO :)

Also, today the CBI says it will raise the value of the dinar to

1000

dinars to 1 dollar in the coming months (what time frame that means

is unclear)

Not a HUGE increase but an increase non the less...could this be

the start of the gradual increase Shabibi mentioned several months

ago?  I sure HOPE so!

The Intel Gurus feel all this drama has little or nothing to do

with the exchange rate of the IQD....they feel any second we could

be going to the bank.

On the flip side....

The Newshound Gurus feel once all the GOI drama is wrapped up and 5

main points addressed we will see a change.
