If you STILL need proof the RV did not happen inside Iraq last
week...
 
Here's the proof.
 
This comes direct from a Dinar Guru member who has family/friend in
Iraq.
 
Its an actual receipt from an ATM...I put it up on the Dinar Guru Member's only blog.
 
 
Maliki and the Iraqi List Party appear to have "settled" their
differences.
 
At least for now.
 
The List officially ended their boycott of parliament.
 
BUT
 
In classic Iraqi fashion....
 
No one showed up for parliament today so they suspended meetings
until the 14th.
 
yuck!
 
Can you believe that? :(
 
Maliki is working on a deal with Kuwait to get out of Ch7...some
sort of special privileges for Kuwaiti companies to invest in Iraq.
 
There's even talk about certain laws the UN requires that need
to be in place to protect citizens and other countries...
 
The point of both of these things is Iraq 100% sees the importance
of getting out of Chapter 7 and they are doing the best they can
to get there.
 
Unfortunately, "the best they can" is extremely slow and painful.
 
A couple weeks ago I told you about the MASSIVE parliament building
there building...astronomical costs for a 3rd world country.
 
Now, they just selected the designer for the new CBI Headquarters.
 
This sounds like it is going to be a SUBSTANTIAL structure too
right on
the river in Baghdad...
 
Here's a quote
Dr Sinan Al-Shabibi said: "The new building shall be a symbol of
the Bank's role in the economic development of Iraq and a
reflection of the determination to rebuild the country."
 
Although there has not been an RV just yet...Everything still looks
good...all be it slow going.

1-23-2012  Guru Bluwolf    Today is the Chinese New Year and all
markets and banks are close today to business. Where does this
places the rv's, well imo coming out tonight and should be
projected for tommorow tuesday, you see all countries should be
syncronize to recieve this information simultaniously and none is
to be left out when it comes to the pending rv information. All my
contacts are on lock down so there is no info coming in from none
of them.
 
1-23-2012  Guru Jonnywg   I cannot explain yet why we are not
cashing in. It appears all is done and ready but yet we wait. I
have faith that we will find the answers...good or bad. 
 
1-23-2012  Guru Doc   More great hints as to the CBI's
strategy...One article was very forth coming and said the target
exchange rate in the near term will be 1150...we are very excited
that it appears the CBI has begun it march toward its stated
ultimate RV rate of $1 to $1.3.   The problem right now is that the
CBI is constrained as to how fast it can move the rate due to
chapter 7 and the lack of passed laws to support the ultimate RV
value. The budget HAS NOT been approved...Erbil was also reported
as being very close with a vote in Parliament 2-3 weeks away.  The
only reported timing for chapter 7 by the UNSC is June.  We
maintain that the minimum time for resolution of these issues is

reno...he has met with the exchange peeps from this bank...they are
meeting this afternoon for the last of the exchange procedures...
HE IS HEARING TOMORROW IS THE DAY...THE RATE-WOW...HE WAS TOLD TO
HANG ONTO HIS SOCKS.  HE DOES NOT KNOW THE RATE BUT IT IS HIGH.

READY, SET, GO FOR TOMORROW.  AND O WILL CAP IT OFF WITH HIS 'STATE

1-23-2012  Guru BGG    So how about some straight RV talk??  Whats
the real scoop? When there is a "power sharing" deal IMPLEMENTED
and they get the ministers announced - there will be an RV.  End of
story...until these two items are fully handled we won't see an RV.
  How close are we -really??  It is distinctly possible we are
within a few days yet... not likely tonite...It is my belief (and
that is all) these required items have been agreed to - just not
finalized. We could see this very soon.

lockdown...no reports...i will get info and come back...nothing
negative, actually nothing at all.
 
1-23-2012  Guru Bluwolf   we are just waiting for all 195 RV to
show up, so as you can see this is a big occasion and a big event.
All is looking good and it will pop up soon enough, there is some
protocol in the air nothing mayor it's more cosmetic...I give no
dates nor rates, just information...Goi is done chap 7 is
done...they are sovereign...this RV is the last step that has to be
fulfilled by the UN.

PEOPLE THAT PINGED THE CBI LAST NIGHT AND FORCED THEM TO GO
LIVE...HOWEVER WE DO NOT HAVE IT ON THE BANK SCREENS YET...BUT THE
DAY HAS JUST BEGUN...OBAMA IS TO SPEAK. SO WE ARE READY YET AGAIN. 
WE WILL HAVE MORE INFO RE THE STATUS BY 11 AM - NOON AND I WILL GET
BACK...IF IT IS TIME SENSITIVE I WILL DECIDE HOW MUCH IT WILL
EFFECT THINGS AND GO FROM THERE...INFO WILL COME TODAY.

Kuwait RV really didn't happen where people made money]  This is in
response to the naysayers...article from the New York Times | March
25, 1991 | After the War; No Electricity but Kuwait Reopens Its
Banks. "Banks reopened for the first time since Iraqi occupation
forces shut them down in December. Thousands of people lined up to
exchange their old Kuwaiti dinars for crisp new ones and to
withdraw a limited amount of money...All other old dinars can be
exchanged for new ones on a one-to-one rate until May 7, when the
old dinars become invalid. The new official exchange rate is 3.47

1-23-2012  Guru Bluwolf   UST still on lockdown no news as of yet,
but we are still good to go at any time... the cbi was dormant for
more than a year, it was activated about a week ago and now it is
being prep up for a outcoming event.

WHAT WE SAID YEARS AGO -  THERE IS NO ECONOMIC POWER IN THE WORLD
THAT DOES NOT HAVE A TRADEABLE CURRENCY.    THIS IS NOT AN RV
MONDAY OR FRIDAY DISCUSSION BUT DANG WE ARE IN THE HOME STRETCH
AFTER ALMOST 8 YRS...THE OUTCOME WILL BE IN OUR NEAR FUTURE...NOT

have gone through another hot day for potential rv...the president
was to speak tonight of issues that dinarians would
understand...but it was postponed...2012 BUDGET IS IN AND
THEORETICALLY STARTED...THEY HAVE NO MONEY SO ALL IS HALTED...the
ust is still in lockdown for 11 days and no excuses yet....AS WE
SPEAK THE BANK SCREENS ARE MONITORED...TONIGHT IS NOT OVER.

being down today? [Answer]  we have an understanding this is not a
server issue but it is down for maintenance... as always we want to
read everything thru dinarvision and think this is it... could it
be, yes, could it not be, yes... we just won't know until it comes
back up.  [Question]  Is the window still minute by minute? 
[Answer]   minute by minute now...we have a number of sources that
are looking expectedly for something tomorrow morning...it seems to
be a consensus lately from a couple of sources that think this will
not be an "expected" time... so we'll wait and see what

ZERO'S AND PUTTING THE DINAR 1 TO 1 WILL INCREASE THE PURCHASING
POWER...HOW CAN ANYONE MISUNDERSTAND THAT.  HE ALSO SAID IT WILL
IMPROVE THEIR STATUS IN THE IMF AND AGAINST OTHER FOREIGN
CURRENCIES.  IF YOU RAISE THREE ZERO'S FROM THE NOMINAL VALUE AND

1-22-2012  Guru Checkmate   We are seeing movement...talks of
chapter 7 being released, talks of what's going on with
Maliki...great successes going on.  We are so close, we are in an
hourly watch situation.

happen before but all the article from cbi from last week indicate
that this might be it, and I was told by my contact that the cbi
rate change last week was only a test before they show the real
rate.

event never seen in the history of man.  Everything is set for it
to go down this evening...Just remember to lock in your rates
immediately within the first 24...if not you will be dealing with

IT LEAVES A STIGMA ON IRAQ AS STILL A THREAT TO THE REGION.  NOT

INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY UNDER CHAPTER VII.  ALSO THEY ARE NOT

1-22-2012  Guru Jonnywg   I personally think that we have a great
chance to see the rv from noon est to midnight...especially around
forex opening at 4-5 pm...All sources point to today as an
opportunity so I am hopefull this is finally it...The sources we
have state that we are all finished and waiting on the protocol of
the rv being released...There are supposed to be announcements from
USA regarding monetary issues and Iraq regarding government issues
today...Watch for them.
 
1-22-2012  Guru Gankans   [Article Quote] "Saturday, January 21,
2012 13:44 GMT Central Bank of Iraq announced, on Thursday, that it
revaluated Iraqi Dinar 3.4% in exchange with Dollar."    We are on
our way!!!  It looks as if they revalued the dinar... 3.4% is not a
lot at all, but it's a start.  It's the first ever article I have
read that says they have actually revalued the IQD.  It does say
that it has revalued in Iraq and in the foreign currency market.  
It makes since to test the market 1st before jumping right into the

Night Late to Monday Morning Early is STILL a Very Strong window of
Opportunity!!! Nothing has changed and I am not looking for it
today...There will be no countdown... No Ball to drop... it will
